By using the Element 29 Metalcraft website, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept them as simple as possible.

1. Payments and Orders

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders ship only to the address entered at checkout. Address changes after purchase are not accepted. If a change is needed the order must be canceled and placed again with the correct address.

All orders require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. The carrier’s delivery confirmation and signature record serve as proof of delivery. Responsibility for the item transfers upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Orders may be held for verification before shipment. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Returns and Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return Policy. Items must be returned in original condition. Returns must be requested before sending an item back so instructions can be provided. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and customers must keep all packaging.

4. Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Most issues can be handled quickly through communication, returns, or replacement.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website—including metalwork designs, custom sculptures, photographs, text, and logos—is the property of Element 29 Metalcraft.

Purchasing a physical piece of art does not transfer the copyright to the buyer.

You may not reproduce, sell for profit, or use our designs or photos for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure all descriptions, dimensions, and prices are accurate. However, because our work is handmade, slight variations in finish, color, and texture are part of the artistic process. If we discover an error in an order you’ve placed (like a pricing glitch), we will contact you immediately to correct it or cancel the order.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide this website "as is." While we take every precaution, we aren't liable for any technical issues, viruses, or damages that might occur from using our site. Our liability for any product-related claim will not exceed the purchase price you paid for that item.

8. Governing Law

We are based in Raleigh, North Carolina. By using this site, you agree that any disputes or legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and handled in the courts of Wake County.
