RETURN POLICY

Returns require prior notification. Contact us before shipping a return so we can provide the correct return address and confirm acceptance.

14-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund:

The artwork must be in original condition.
The artwork must be unused, unaltered, and free of damage.
The artwork must be packed in the original packaging and materials.

Refunds are issued only after the item is returned and received in original condition. We do not issue refunds without return of the item.

How to Start a Return

If you want to make a return, reach out first and let us know. We respond to return requests within 1-2 business days. We're happy to work with you to get the product returned and your money back. Contact us with your order details to request return approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping Your Return

Cost of Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Packaging: The artwork must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

Damage in Return Transit: If the item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the refund may be reduced or declined.

Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days to the original payment method.

If delivery is refused by the customer or a shipment is returned, original shipping costs and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Inspect your order upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the box, take photos before opening. Take photos of the packing materials and any damage to the artwork.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging and do not attempt repairs.

Customer Support

If there is any issue with your order, contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.

We respond to support requests within 1–2 business days.
