We ship artwork from Raleigh, North Carolina. This page outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING

Free shipping is available within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

U.S. Territories: Free shipping does not include Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, or the Northern Mariana Islands. Contact us before ordering if you are located in one of these areas so a shipping quote can be provided.

Shipping Address: Orders ship only to the address entered at checkout. Address changes after purchase are not accepted. If a change is needed, the order must be canceled and placed again with the correct address.

Orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Processing and Transit Times

Handling: Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Some pieces may require additional time if a custom box or crate is needed for safe transport.

Carriers: Orders typically ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS.

Transit Time: Delivery time depends on the destination. For example, shipments to California typically take about 4 to 6 business days in transit after the order leaves the shop.

Order Verification

Orders may be held for verification before shipment. Additional information may be requested to confirm the order.

Delivery and Signature Requirement

All orders require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. A delivery signature serves as proof of delivery and completion of the shipment.

This requirement helps prevent theft, confirms delivery to a person, and provides a record for insurance and delivery verification. It also protects the customer by ensuring the shipment is handed directly to an adult and not left unattended.

Packages must be accepted and signed for at the delivery address. Failure to accept delivery does not constitute non-delivery.

Expedited Shipping

Contact us before placing your order if expedited shipping is required. Next Day and Two-Day Air services may be available for an added charge. Due to the size and weight of metal artwork, expedited shipping costs typically range from $200 to $500 depending on the destination.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on request. Customs rules, duties, tariffs, and insurance must be reviewed before placing an order. Shipping costs vary by destination. Some countries have restrictions or additional fees for artwork.
